Common Lands Definition

The Bauer Woods Common Lands are owned and maintained by the Bauer Woods Neighborhood Association for the use and benefit of all homeowners. 

The Bauer Woods neighborhood contains 3 separate common lands identified as Tract A, Tract B,  and Tract C See the original platt map below to find the location of each of the Common Land tracts.  Tract D was removed in Saltzman Road improvements and no longer exists.

The following document provides a brief statement of goals for the Bauer Woods Common Lands and the rules that govern their use by all Bauer Woods homeowners.
